1. Delivery of purchased goods

The term of delivery of ordered and paid goods to the address indicated by the User shall be from 24 hours to 5 business days, upon receipt order confirmation; in case of official holidays and/or days off the term can be extended by the period of the non-working days. In any case the specified delivery terms may be delayed; however www.atneu.uk should promptly notify the User thereby.

Delivery of paid goods, which at the time of the order are not available in the online shop of ATN EUROPE LTD, shall be made to the address specified by the User from 24 hours to 14 business days upon receipt of order confirmation; in case of official holidays and/or days off the term can be extended by the period of the non-working days. In any case the specified delivery terms may be delayed; however ATN EUROPE LTD should promptly notify the User thereby.

The ordered goods shall be delivered as designated and within the agreed terms. ATN EUROPE LTD shall keep the right to extend the specified terms by up to 7 (seven) days without prior notice to the Users and may extend the terms by more than 7 (seven) days with the preliminary consent by the User that has placed the order.

The User can choose between the following two delivery options:
- Express delivery within 24 hours (on a working day) (if order is made before12:00 h) - subject to payment of courier service at the rate of GBP ...
- Regular delivery - the delivery is free of charge. The ordered goods are available within 10 working days in the selected outlet.
ATN EUROPE LTD may request additional confirmation of the order by the User via telephone or email. If the User refuses to provide the information requested by ATN EUROPE LTD, such refusal shall result in automatic cancellation of the order with or without additional notification to the User.

ATN EUROPE LTD shall not be liable for delay of the delivery due to force majeure events, as for example delay of the courier performing the delivery.

Upon delivery, the User and/or his/ her authorized representative must examine carefully the goods. In case of external visible defects - possible breakdowns, impacts and other damages identified upon delivery, the User must sign a damage record in the presence of the courier stating the identified defects and shall immediately notify ATN EUROPE LTD via tel. 020 8145 1986 or email: support@atnuk.com

If the User accepts the delivery without reservation, any and all subsequent claims for external visible defects of the received goods will be considered unreasonable and therefore shall not be satisfied. In case of failure to issue and sign a damage record in the presence of the courier upon receipt of the goods and/or if the User fails to notify immediately ATN EUROPE LTD Via tel. 020 8145 1986 or email: support@atnuk.com, the User shall lose his/her rights of remedy for the external visible defects granted under the sale contract.

If the User has indicated in his/her order incorrect or wrong address, contact person and/or telephone number ATN EUROPE LTD will not be liable for incorrect performance of the order as a result of the incorrect information provided by the User.

Upon delivery of the goods the User or a third party, designated in advance thereof, must sign the delivery documents. A third party is considered any person that has not made the order but accepts the Goods when they are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the User.

If the User is not found at the designated address within the term for performance of the delivery and/or access is not provided to the delivery address, ATN EUROPE LTD shall be discharged from its obligation to deliver the ordered goods and the User shall lose the opportunity for delivery of the ordered goods.

In order to observe the cancellation term under the contract the User only needs to send his/her cancellation notice before the date of expiry of the right of cancellation under the contract.

In case that the User withdraws from the contract, АTN EUROPE LTD will refund all payments, which it has received, including expenses for delivery (except for the additional expenses connected with the method of delivery selected by the User other than the cheapest standard manner of delivery offered by ATN EUROPE LTD, without unreasonable delay and in any case not later than 14 days effective from the date on which the User informs ATN EUROPE LTD for his/her decision to cancel the contract.

User's acceptance of these General terms and conditions for use of www.atneu.uk services implies his/her explicit consent to be reimbursed for the amount paid to the bank account provided by the User.

ATN EUROPE LTD is entitled to postpone the reimbursement of payments until the return of the goods or until submission of proofs that the goods were returned, whichever occurs earlier.

The User shall send to ATN EUROPE LTD or shall return the goods without unreasonable delay and in any case not later than 14 days after the day on which it has informed ATN EUROPE LTD for the cancellation of the contract.

The term shall be considered observed if the User returns the goods to ATN EUROPE LTD before expiry of the 14-day term.

The direct expenses for return of the goods shall be covered by the User.

The goods shall be returned in their original packing, with full set of the delivery documents, free of any damages and in the form in which it was received. ATN EUROPE LTD shall keep the right to decide whether to accept the returned goods, provided that the returned goods present damaged packing, traces of use, scratches, impact, damaged from electrical shock, missing accessories of guarantee card.

The User is liable for the impairment goods value following their testing other than that needed to confirm their nature, features and good operation. When the User has exercised his/her right of cancellation, he/she shall pay the proportional amount of the actual deliveries up until the time he/she has notified ATN EUROPE LTD about the exercised right of cancellation. The proportional amount shall be calculated on the basis of the end price. If the end price is too high, the proportional amount shall be calculated on the basis of the market value of the actual delivery.

ATN EUROPE LTD shall be liable for any discrepancies of the consumer goods with the sale contract, which is identified at the delivery of the goods and occurs within two years after such delivery even if it wasn't aware of the said discrepancy.

The manufacturer shall repair the goods and shall remedy any defects or replace the goods with new ones or refund the amount paid for the goods or a part thereof within 30 days as from the date of receipt of the goods.
